I don't believe it is clear what this is.
To me it just looks like a set of guidelines on how a good CSP store should operate.
Am I wrong, or Microsoft planning to publish self-service portal capabilities for partners to use?

MicrosoftI could not agree more that this is beneficial for any CSP. Many of those very good CSPs still value some support and guidance. - so here it is! 🙂
