New 3Yr Offer for ME3 and ME5
I see the announcement in Partner Center Announcements that the 3Yr Term for ME3 and ME5 will be available in June and there is an FAQ, but it says I don't have permissions to access. Can anyone else...
The team told me the issue was resolved. Partners should be able to access it! Please confirm! 👌
Also really interested in the Billing Terms documentation you're revering to, do you have a link? As currently it's not possible to cancel a 3-Y term for D365. Just like any other NCE term, you're stuck with it.
If documentation says otherwise, then I really need to have a discussion with Microsoft about it 😅 We've had multiple cases of customers going bankrupt and the partner still needed to pay for the remaining 3-Y term and Microsoft didn't want to support to cancel earlier on.
