My Partner Center Account Was Suspended – Need Clarification and Support

We had a partner get this and were able to resolve.
In their case, not sure if it is the same for all, in PartnerCenter, it was the VC (Verifiable Credentials) step that needed to be re-established.
Something to check.

When I login to Microsoft Partner Center, it's not showing Global Account access. There was some documentation and TXT record update issue was there, out administrator was not able to solve. Please help me how to solve this. Thanks,
