My Partner Center Account Was Suspended – Need Clarification and Support

We had a partner get this and were able to resolve.
In their case, not sure if it is the same for all, in PartnerCenter, it was the VC (Verifiable Credentials) step that needed to be re-established.
Something to check.
Jill, can you assist me as well? I've attempted this twice and keep getting the response from support that they don't have to tell me why its suspended. I know it was suspended due to timed out verification. I have resolved that now, but cant resolve the suspended account.

Community ManagerFrom what I have seen both in the boards and through partners (even since my last post in June) is that their decisions are final and even with submitting support tickets the outcome is unlikely to change. I'm so sorry.
