Multi-Geo Scenario | Solution Required

As a friendly reminder, please review the "welcome" post that I've pinned at the top of this page for clarification on how the Licensing Concierge can assist.
Based on your reply, please provide the best practices followed to fulfill the scenario as presented previously.
As mentioned, we are an Indirect Provider, so an Action Pack is in place. Do you think that this is the proper and more skilled team (i.e. technical/presales) to reply my questions?
