Issue with Microsoft Partner Centre Vet Team

As of now, there's still no reply and no reason given as to why this takes so long.
Microsoft Partner Center Vet Team should really be responsible and enforce the right SLA.
The 3-5 Business Days is just a fake notice i guess?
