Is it possible to transfer Azure RIs and Savings Plans from a direct EA to a CSP Agreement
Hello Everyone,
Could you please confirm if RI can move with direct EA subscription to CSP via modern billing transfer option or is there any blocker
Open article:-
Azure Reserved Instances will move with a subscription to the future partner. After a transfer of upfront paid Reservations, the customer won't be able to cancel or exchange those reservations. If a transferred RI is on monthly payment plan, the next monthly charge would appear on the destination partner's reconciliation file, rather than a prorated amount. The previous monthly charge (in full monthly rate) would appear on the source partner's reconciliation file.
Changes to CSP partner benefits for Azure reservations now implemented

Hi MKKaushik
This article describes the types of supported transfers for Azure subscriptions, reservations, and savings plans referred to as products - Azure product transfer hub - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn
MKKaushik Unfortunately, I do not have access to the full document from September '22, therefore, I'm unable to reference the changes in that announcement:
