Indirect Reseller unable to sign the newest MPA

We have a Dutch Indirect Reseller, who signed the latest MPA in 2017. He hasn't signed in to the Partner Center for many years, and now he wants to start transacting licenses. However, when he signs in, he is unable to sign the latest Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA).
- As far as the MPA signature goes, only needs to be signed one time.
- Do you and/or the Reseller have a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program account?
- You can verify that your PartnerID is active and/or confirm your status of CSP program enrollment & verify that the MPA was signed by going to the link that I provided in my reply above. - The following public documents can help indirect resellers accept the MPA and be compliant.
