February Incentive Payment Not Received – Unable to Create Support Ticket

Could you perhaps clarify a few bits?

First of all: it is still the month of February, so its a bit optimistic to expect payment already for the month of February... Microsoft has to pay within 45 days after the end of the earning period (see the MCI guide) so that would be at least 1st of march + 45 days = somewhere in April for any current month earnings. 

Next: "the incentive payment": based on what? the (CSP/MCI) earnings for July - december 2026 are not fully processed yet so what payment are you missing?

Go to https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/earnings/earnings and select the payments tab, then see any paid/pending payments you can expect (under view payments select 'By pending' for any payments still underway)

ps: filter the earnings to custom date eg February, then under earnings see the levers tab. That shows what has already been processed. Spoiler alert: No MCI earnings yet (just some Hosting & EA stuff for us but no MCI yet)
