February Incentive Payment Not Received – Unable to Create Support Ticket

sycns I have contacted the incentives team on your behalf, and they responded with some details that I have sent to you via private message. I have connected you to them via email should you need further help.
This is a partner-to-partner community forum. We can't check or validate anything, just thinking along.
Payment not being received could be due to not being enrolled in MCI, or not having an active payment and billing profile on your partner account. Or of course not being eligible, though you mention you are.
Additionally, you should be able to submit tickets. Yes the AI assistant first requires you to ask a question to them, but after that you can still submit a ticket. Or just ask the AI assistant why incentive payment is not yet send.
