Ending a reseller and MSP relationship
We had an inattentive MSP so we ended our contract with them in December of 2023. Unfortunately, this MSP is also listed as our MS365 reseller. I've been managing our system just fine without them ...
- Hi Daryn, if you are concerned the current reseller will suspend your licenses you should switch to another reseller. If the licenses are annual, then you will incur a cost but at this time only azure subscriptions can be transferred between resellers.

I will add that while only azure subscriptions can be transferred today, other NCE offers will support transfers later this year if all goes well.
