Emails from Microsoft Azure have no Tenant ID or Name
- Mar 21, 2024
Thank you for replying.
I believe you can find the tenant ID, Object ID, and partner association details, along with their respective subscription IDs in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) on the Azure portal - Find Tenant ID, Object ID, and partner association details in Azure Marketplace - Marketplace publisher | Microsoft Learn
I don't see where you've provided your role in your reply, so you should know that only the owner of a subscription has the privileges to perform these steps:
The free edition of Microsoft Entra ID is included with a subscription of a commercial online service such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Intune, Power Platform, and others.
If the above information is not helpful, you will need to submit a support ticket in Partner Center (login req'd).

In order to best assist, would you mind clarifying all of the following please?
- Are you a Reseller, Direct Partner, Indirect Provider, etc.?
- Are you asking how to identify a tenant using their Subscription ID GUID in Partner Center?
- What is your "role"? Meaning, are you the Global Admin, etc.?

2. Yes, that's correct.
3. My personal role has elevated permissions to access Billing, Incentives etc. However, the Helpdesk users who receive the notification emails in the Support mailbox are Users with Access to Partner Center "Customers" with a "Helpdesk" role. No access to Billing.- LicensingConcierge1Mar 21, 2024

This is excellent, and exactly what we needed.
Partner Center support did not know this information and suggested posting here instead.
Thank you very much!
