Direct Bill CSP Audit
Hello all,
I'm seeking guidance on the Direct Bill CSP application process. We have completed the application, and the next step is to undergo a capabilities assessment interview by a third-party company to ensure we meet the requirements for minimum infrastructure capabilities including billing, provisioning, customer support, compliance, and security.
Could someone provide more details on these interviews to help us prepare and allocate the right resources for this process? Any advice, potential questions they might ask partners, or other insights would be greatly appreciated.
