Hi ElDani, I want you to know you're not alone. We are a Direct Bill CSP and our Partner Center management capabilities were also disabled on April 1, 2026, following an erroneous status revocation that Microsoft formally acknowledged in writing the day before was caused by a Microsoft-side billing report error. Four months of tickets have produced no resolution path. I'm preparing a separate post with our full case details shortly. Happy to compare notes and escalate together — there appear to be multiple partners affected by what looks like the same systemic issue.
