Details on the Annual Assessment and Security Score?
Are there more details on what is required for the annual assessment and security score for Direct CSP? We want to get an understanding of what is required and the lift for our teams to prepare and do these assessments.
I forwarded this to the team and they responded with this:
Everything is in the Partner Center Announcement: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/announcements/2025-may#requirement-updates-for-csp-partners

We have asked our disti about this.
- The Secure Score referred to in the new requirements is the Partner Centre Security Score, not the Partner Tenant Security Score.
- The Partner Centre Security Score is currently not visible to indirect resellers.
- Disti's are not able to view the Partner Centre Security Score of any of the indirect resellers that purchase through them,
- Our Disti recommended that we lodge a support request from inside Partner Centre to ask what our Partner Centre Security Score is.
It doesn't feel logical that Indirect Resellers would be expected to meet a minimum score requirement, without having access to view their score.

Thank you- what is a disti?
We sell direct, and would like to know what score is required to pass this requirement.

Hi ileanar
Disti refers to distributor or indirect provider in an indirect CSP model.
I believe you need a score of 60 or above to pass but more importantly need the following:
- All Tenants must have a Security contact assigned
- All Tenants must respond to Alerts within 24 hours
- All Admins for the Partner Tenants must have MFA enabled
