Customer with expired GDAP relationship

 Hi all,

 

I am having trouble requesting for approval of GDAP relationship because the tenant can't remember global admin ID.

 

Is there any workaround for this kind of case?

        Thanks for the suggestion. I've submitted a support ticket for this case.
        Hope I could get a workaround for this kind of scenario.
