Hello,
i need help. MS wanted to make additional verification on ours partnership. I didnt know that there are limited amount of tries to add specific documents for veryfication. At the moment we are suspended in CSP partnership and button FixNow on partner.microsoft.com shows information that we are suspended/blocket because of too many tries.
What shall we do now?
Also there are no instructions below 😞

Nope ive tried i think all solutions. Button fix it shows new window but there is information that i cannot send more doc because i ve tried too many times.
Support tickets are closed because im getting answer that "...MS can close any partnership without telling the reason..."
The way it works is ridiculous. Im loosing clients because i needed to do additional verification and tried to many times.
Any way support portal acts like AI is sending answers, telephone support is dead(ive tried i think all support telephones with english language)
I dont have words how messup is the hole csp veryfication.
