  • Hi vik007

hmmm...I was able to access the D365 Business Central & successfully open the Business central Pitch Deck .pptx. using the link that you provided.

If you're not signed in, you should see the following pop-up message:

If you've been able to access this file/type of file in the past , you do not have anything blocking pop-ups or disabling downloads, & you've cleared your cache, you may need to open a support ticket in partner center.

If this (or someone else's) reply answers your question, please Accept as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. Otherwise, please let me know if you need further assistance on this topic.

Is reporting a problem with downloading go to market content from a Microsoft website. You is trying to download a pitch deck for Dynamics 365 Business Central, but they only see a blank page on the browser. Any recommendations to resolve the issue.

According to the official Microsoft website  go to market content is a collection of resources that help partners market and sell Microsoft products and services. These resources include pitch decks, sales guides, customer stories, videos, and more. Partners can access these resources by signing in with their Microsoft account and selecting the product they want to promote.

However, some partners may encounter issues with downloading or viewing the go to market content, such as seeing a blank page or getting an error message. This could be due to various reasons, such as browser settings, network issues, or account permissions. Some possible solutions are

    • Clearing the browser cache and cookies, or using a different browser
    • Checking the network connection and firewall settings
    • Verifying that the account has the correct role and permissions to access the content
    • Contacting Microsoft support or the partner community for further assistance
