Are you referring to the folllowing blog post from 2021? Optimizing our purchasing motions for customers and partners - Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program

If so, as far as I know, these purchasing motions are still in place. As a friendly reminder, Partners can log into Partner Center to find monthly Partner Announcements where any changes will be announced.

Additonally, purchase options with the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) can be found by logging into Partner Center under Licensing News:

When it comes to Breadth Economics in CSP, is there still a limitation for deals up to 2.4 users as shown in the "Economics of the purchasing motions" in the screenshot below?
