Account Suspended Despite Compliance – Seeking Clarification and Reinstatement

In the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, both Microsoft and our partners reserve the right to walk away from the partner relationship by providing 30 days' notice to the other. Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation.

NOPE...it says you have been enrolled before and not eligible. I think the are just culling out small businesses.
See, my problem isn't that I've been cut off from the program for whatever reason they've unfairly decided to withhold. Yeah, it's frustrating and stupid, but I can't change their mind.
My issue is that I wasn't given any notice as their own contract states they need to do. They exercised their "right" but broke the terms of their contract, and there's no way to hold them accountable for that.
I don't know why they can't simply state that's what they're doing. The really small businesses I deal with, I'm going to steer them away from MS in the future and toward other things depending on their needs. Why would I keep promoting MS if they treat me like this?
