Account Suspended Despite Compliance – Seeking Clarification and Reinstatement
After 15 increasingly frustrated tickets where the useless cut-and-paste responses were given without reading the ticket, we've given up. The tickets explained that we hadn't actually been given any notice, according to Microsoft's own terms, and were therefore expecting some assistance. We've decided it's easier to go through the Commercial Direct route because getting help from Microsoft Support is like trying to get blood from a stone. Never had such awful customer service, and because they're a huge company they're allowed to get away with it. Disgusting.
I can't believe this. The worst part for me is that I only became a partner because the customer changed from another MSP and Ingram wouldn't release their account to simply purchase direct. They told me it HAD to move to another partner, which seems backwards, since the customer is the one paying for the product.
What's happened now is somehow in Ingram, it's gone back to the prior provider as the partner since MS removed me. Why would it do that at all?
Inkfire_Cameron Does just starting to purchase direct cause any issues? In the customer's portal it tries to steer me to Ingram to purchase as the solution provider. If all their licenses get purchased direct, will that eventually go away?
