What happens if a customer wants to cancel their subscription

Scenario:

We create a private offer for a customer that is for 3 years with payments every year (annual payment terms).

The customer accepts and subscribes to the offer.

Then, before the start of the second year, they want to cancel.

What is the process for this?

    I assume you're asking about an O365/ D365, or M365 subscription, correct?  If so, I'll move this post to the Business Applications community (that includes Modern Works & Security).

     

    Has your customer already migrated the subscriptions into NCE?  If so, please log into Partner Center to find the NCE Handbook. On pg.9, you'll find that subscriptions can be changed within the first 168hrs:
