Transition customers from Power Portal login licensing to Power Pages authenticated users licensing
Hi,
I thought the report here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/admin/website-consumption-reports is supposed to show the number of unique monthly authenticated users that need to be licensed under the new Power Pages licensing model.
Instead, it shows the daily authenticated users (attaching an example we just generated).
How are we supposed to get to the monthly number so that we know what is the proper number of licenses that need to be purchased?
If I understand correctly, in order to view monthly capacity, you'll need to add the billed quantity:
As a friendly reminder, the individual reports contain data for a duration of 30 days preceding the date you select while downloading the reports.
Power Apps portals capacity consumption reporting is now available | Microsoft Power Apps
Website capacity consumption reports | Microsoft Learn (I see that you already have this link)
If this (or someone else's) reply answers your question, please Accept as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. Otherwise, please let me know if you need further assistance on this topic.
