I'm unable to login to https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/

If the login button doesn't work and nothing happens when clicking download links, here are a few quick things to check:
- Role Access: You need to have the right role (like Incentives Admin or Viewer) in Partner Center. Ask your admin to double-check your access.
- Correct Account: Make sure you're using a Work/School account linked to your org’s MPN ID — personal Microsoft accounts won’t work.
- Browser Issues: Try using Incognito/Private mode. Disable extensions, clear cookies, and make sure JavaScript is enabled.
- Network Blocks: Some firewalls or networks may block Microsoft login redirects. Try a different network or hotspot.
- Still Not Working? Contact Microsoft Partner Support: https://partner.microsoft.com/support

I've logged a Support ticket on Partner Centre, but I could only guess at this issue relating to the Membership workspace as https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/ or 'related microsoft sites' was not an option.
