Microsoft visio plan 2 SKU lost Pricelist ?
Pls help
Hi. This is the same product. Someone made a mistake in the name. I know they are already working on the change because we reported it to Microsoft.

As an update to the Visio Plan 2 SKU, I was just informed that as of to date, this product is now only offered to charity. *** UPDATE*** This has been corrected on the current price list and should now reflect the correct commercial label. This SKU & pricing is commercial.
Unfortunately, I have no further information, however, you may submit a support ticket to ask for further details and/or future scope.

I attended the CSP Training and the issue with the Visio Plan 2 SKU was clarified.
Please allow me to update you all with good news, which is that the price list only reflected the nonprofit SKU.
However, this was an error. The problem was that the KU title read "Non-Profit", but it's actually a commercial SKU and reflects commercial pricing.
The label of the SKU has been corrected to reflect "commercial".

As an update, I see that the Visio Plan 2 SKU shows DEPR on the December 2023 price list. I will do some research to either confirm that it's deprecated or confirm an error.
namlovely201180 the correct process is to report the missing SKU by submitting a support ticket...please go ahead and submit the ticket (even though I will research on the back end).
