M365 E3 DMWL Promo Eligibility for M365 E3 without Teams SKU

Please help to clarify, is a customer eligible for M365 E3 DMWL (Do More with Less) promo with this SKU CFQ7TTC0LFLX:0010 (M365 E3 without Teams), if customer is already using CFQ7TTC0LFLX:0001 (M365 E3 with Teams)?  Unfortunately, not since the M365 E3 DMWL promotion is available only if the customer tenant has no previous purchase history of M365 E3 product SKUs. 

 

Your Indirect Provider can answer your questions as he/she has access to the Offer Matrix for product compatibility & the Global Promo Readiness Guide promo details.

 

We are able to order CFQ7TTC0LFLX:0010 with 15% discounted price through our CSP Indirect Provider for a customer that uses CFQ7TTC0LFLX:0001 subscriptions for a year. If a customer is not eligible, how later we as CSP Indirect Reseller and a customer might face some penalties or restrictions from Microsoft side as we ordered discounted CFQ7TTC0LFLX:0010 for huge number of users? 

Your Indirect Provider will handle this as Resellers should contact their Indirect Provider for support & assistance.
