Licensing Multiple viva connections with "Microsoft Viva Employee Communications and Communities"
Hello,
I have a customer that wish to use multiple viva connections for different countries in the company.
While checking the license requiriment they seem to need "Microsoft Viva Employee Communications and Communities" license for 2 or more viva connections experiences.
Do i need to license users in group 1,2,3 or only in group 2&3?
Setup is as followed:
Viva connections 1:
Country 1 (main country)
Audience to only Country 1 (group1 assigment.)
Country 2
Audience to only country 2 (group2 assigment)
Country 3
Audience to only country 3 (group3 assigment)

You need either (E) or Frontline (F) license type to create a Viva Connections experience. Users with a basic Microsoft 365 subscription (E license) are limited to creating one experience.
Users are required to have a Microsoft Viva suite or Viva Communications and Communities license in order to create two or more experiences (up to ten). See Microsoft Viva plans and pricing for more info.
Please review the following MS Learn Doc for details. This resource can be found in Partner Center - Overview of how to plan, build, and launch Viva Connections | Microsoft Learn
Note: If you are a Microsoft Reseller in CSP, you should work with your Indirect Provider (aka Distributor) who has a direct relationship with Microsoft and can provide you with customer support, pricing, and billing that help to ensure your success.

I've moved this post from the CSP Program community to the Business Applications Community since it's not related to the CSP Program.
Viva connections is a Modern Work /(MW) and not a BizApp, however, you can place MW inquiries along with BizApps for now
