Dynamics 365 Customer Insights license missing for NFP's
Hi PartnerPro
In addition to the current D365 Licensing Guide change log, where it's documented that the new Customer Insights offer combines the current Customer Insights and Marketing standalone applications into a single license. The partner announcements for August '23 also discussed end of sale changes for the Customer Insights licenses" and confirmed Customer Insights should have been included on list for items that are scheduled to become End of Sales as of September 1, 2023.
Please see the announcement for details.

So it clearly states that the impacted audience are those who use new commerce exp and not NFP's or academics. So my assumption is that it should still be available for NFP's to purchase and show up in the pricelists.

I see that you've edited your original post to include "for the NFP and academics categories". Now that I know that you're asking those segments, unfortunately I cannot confirm.
Product names are not different for each program or segment, so as far as I know, the information applies to every customer. Admittedly, I do not support NFP or Education, so if you want 100% confirmation, you may submit a support ticket for confirmation, although I don't think it's necessary actually.
It may be helpful to note that the new Customer Insights offer combines the standalone Customer Insights and Marketing applications into a single license eff: September 1, 2023 and the new license is called: D365 Customer Insights; and the Marketing standalone & attach license is now combined into one license called Customer Insights Journeys; and lastly. the combined Customer Insights standalone & attach is now called Customer Insights Data.

- PartnerProSep 19, 2023Copper ContributorNo, the title was adjusted to include customer insights instead of customer service as a typo , rest all remained the same.
Anyways I figured the answer. Thanks for the response.
