Hello
Can we add the add-on Dynamics 365 Contact Center Digital or Dynamics 365 Contact Center Voice to a D365 Customer Service Per device?

Dynamics 365 Contact Center Voice Add-on for Customer Service Enterprise
Dynamics 365 Customer Service Digital Messaging and Voice Add-in
If so, the answer is yes for the Dynamics 365 Contact Center Voice Add-on for Customer Service Enterprise. This can be added to a Customer Service Enterprise user or device license.
The Dynamics 365 Customer Service Digital Messaging and Voice Add-in can only be added to a Customer Service Enterprise user license.
If you are a CSP partner, you can download from Partner Center the Offer Matrix. In this matrix it lists any prerequisites for licenses.
