Customer insights journey - T3 pack query

Customer Insights Journey includes a base capacity of 10K Interacted People for engagement. The tenant is also entitled to monthly interactions of up to 10x the interacted people quota limit. Correct me if I am wrong but this means the customer by default gets 100k customer interactions monthly?
Yes, for each contact contracted, customer can interact (e.g. send out emails) to 10x that number.
For example, if they contract for 100,000 Contacts, they can send 1 Million emails per month.
Since the customer needs to send communication to 7.5 million users, they are running short of 7.4 million user, which means they will need to buy T3 additional interacted people pack.
1 T3 pack includes 50k user capacity, so am I correct in thinking that the customer will need 148 T3 pack?
While I cannot provide you with a solution for your specific scenario because this is a service offered by either a trained Microsoft Sales Rep, or via one of the Advanced/Premier Support Plans.
I can help to provide an understanding so that you can self-service your customer.
Therefore, if they want to send out more than 1 Million emails for example, then they would need to purchase more Contact packs. (e.g. they want to send out 2 Million emails per month, then they would need to contract for 200,000 Contacts).
Or as the licensing guide suggests that the tenant is also entitled to monthly interactions of up to 10x the interacted people quota limit, does that mean each pack come with 10x the quota making it 500k per T3 pack?
if yes then the customer will only need 15 T3 pack
