Cloud Migration Promotion offer
Hi
I have a possible new customer, that my want to use the Cloud Migration Promotion. I know the promotion is expiring June 29th, so its a bit last minute but my questions are:

I've just read the FAQ and have a few follow up questions. The FAQ states that I can only add licenses to the subscription as long as the promotion is active. Does that mean that I cannot add any licenses to the customer's subscription after June 30th 2023? Usually we can add licenses to active subscriptions and the subscription is active for 3 years, as long as the customer has an active on premise enhancement plan.

Hi Ann, the promotion remains active as long as the customer retains the subscription for it.
You may increase the number of licenses until the subscription term ends after 36 months.
Also with this promo, the customer does not have to maintain their EP. It only needs to be active when the promo is initiated.
