Academic OVS-ES FTE count versus actual count
The SKU says Per OSE and Per User, so yes, that is how it should be ordered.

Hi Jennie_Maier
As far as how to order the SKUs, I do not have any other information aside from what I've provided. Unfortunately, I do not have a MW escalation team.
If you're unsure about the Microsoft documentation, please submit a support ticket in Partner Center.
Suggestion: It seems that if you proceed with ordering the SKU(s), you'll get an error message if you're not ordering correctly.

Jennie_Maier What is the Microsoft part number you are referring to? I believe you are sorting with the wrong tab. There are products that are used to create the OVS (Office, Windows, and some CALs) and they are called Enterprise. Products like Endpoint, Azure, System Center etc are called additional products meaning they can be added to an OVS but they cannot be the product used to "qualify" for OVS. The TDSynnex Microsoft team should also be able to answer your question. Note the last column says additional product not Add-on...different meaning.

Sherry_Solomon_WTG Thank you for your reply. However, when I look at the price sheet I have, Endpoint Config Manager is considered an "Additional Product" versus a "must license company-wide or FTE count" which is why I was confused on this one. I use the OV Slicer from TechData, and there is a filter for Enterprise (must license company-wide - in schools, this would be FTE), a platform offering and then additional product. Since this is under "Additional Product" along with Windows Server, etc, I was thinking it could be licensed by actual count? Please let me know your thoughts.
