My Website Suddenly Disappeared from Bing Index – No Errors, No Response from Support
Hey everyone,
I’m facing a frustrating issue with Bing, and I could really use some help. My website suddenly disappeared from Bing’s index for no apparent reason. There are no warnings, no manual actions, and no crawl errors in Bing Webmaster Tools.
I’ve already reached out to Bing support four times, but I haven’t received a single response. At this point, I don’t know what else to do.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get Bing to reindex the site or how to actually get a response from their support team?
Would really appreciate any insights or suggestions!
Thanks in advance. 🙏

Same problem here. A site with high authority and good content but nothing is showing. Even though it is indexed. I think taking legal action would be good since this can hurt a business harsh.

I would also add, how are businesses expected to trust Bing when they drop established websites overnight and will not communicate why. This is honestly a joke.
We don't get a lot of traffic through Bing, but that 5% of our visitors who use Bing cannot find us. Opening themselves up to a class action when they drop website arbitrarily without a reason and then don't respond to support requests.

Same here: Bing Webmaster Tools still shows 135K+ pages indexed, but site: returns 0 results – and this happened from one day to the next.No crawl errors, nothing changed on our end.Support requests unanswered for 2 months. Thanks in advance!

Same experience here. We changed servers around this time so I thought it was related to that.
Our website:
- Small business
- Been around for 20+ years
- Website has been around for 15+ years
- One of the leading independent businesses in this field
- Almost 1,000 products, thousands of words of useful content, positive social media, stellar reviews
- We have NEVER used any black hat techniques, 15 years of growth based on helping our customers. This is not a new website or a dodgy website. We are an established business with a reputation.
Suddenly we are completely GONE from Bing. We have customers ringing up every day asking why they can't find the website via Bing any longer. Bing webmaster tools says we are still indexed. This is incredibly frustrating as Google's recent behavious has made Bing a more appealing option, to have them completely remove our website for now apparent reason, is insane.

I am facing the same issue. It started yesterday, and I just now contacted Bing support regarding this. Let's see what happens. I will update you by replying to this comment if I get a response from them.

Hi!
I had the same problem. I got the answer through Bing support in Webmaster Tools.
I advise you to try again and write a different text.

I've been waiting for an answer for about a month now. ;(

They respond within one business day.
It means they simply didn't see your message. Or didn't want to respond.

Hello,
I’m experiencing the same issue—all pages of my website have disappeared from Bing search results. The problem started around two days ago. I checked Bing Webmaster Tools and didn’t find anything unusual (it also shows that my website links are indexable).
Therefore, I strongly suspect that this is a technical issue with Bing Search.

Yes, I reached out to Bing Support 10 days ago, and I still haven’t received any response. It honestly feels like they’re not even working. It’s really frustrating because there’s no clear communication or explanation for what’s happening. Have you had any luck getting a response from them?

Sorry, I haven’t received any response from Bing Support yet. I guess they’re busy (based on others’ experiences online, it might take more than a week to get a reply). In any case, I can only continue monitoring changes in Bing Webmaster Tools since there’s nothing else I can do but wait.
