My Website Suddenly Disappeared from Bing Index – No Errors, No Response from Support

We’re experiencing the same situation. Our website had been performing well on Bing for years, consistently ranking on the first pages and bringing steady traffic. Then, all of a sudden, it completely disappeared from Bing’s search results, including the image section, without any warnings or errors in the Webmaster Tools.

We reached out to Bing support and were told that our site “did not meet Bing’s standards” the last time it was crawled, but no specific details were provided. This is confusing because we’ve always followed Bing’s guidelines, published original and helpful content, and never used any manipulative or spammy methods.

Our impressions dropped from hundreds of thousands to zero overnight, and it’s been discouraging not to understand why this happened or how to fix it. We’d really appreciate clearer feedback from Bing on what exactly went wrong so we can take the right steps to resolve it.
