Yes, I reached out to Bing Support 10 days ago, and I still haven’t received any response. It honestly feels like they’re not even working. It’s really frustrating because there’s no clear communication or explanation for what’s happening. Have you had any luck getting a response from them?

Sorry, I haven’t received any response from Bing Support yet. I guess they’re busy (based on others’ experiences online, it might take more than a week to get a reply). In any case, I can only continue monitoring changes in Bing Webmaster Tools since there’s nothing else I can do but wait.

    I have the same issue. I'm running two similar websites; one of them is perfectly fine, but the second one disappeared from search results. There is no consistency here and no help from the Bing side.
