Remote app windows like outlook in azure virtual desktop are not displaying on screen correctly
For the past few weeks users have had issues with new pop up windows in office apps not displaying on screen. This is mostly in the remote app view. For instance I can be looking at my inbox in outlook via azure virtual desktop remote app and double click on an email to pop it out or reply and the new window displays on screen but does not display correctly or respond correctly. You need to shift+right click on the window on the taskbar and restore it or windows key+arrow key to display correctly. We have this issue pretty consistently with other apps as well.
I added a snip of what it looks like. The window does appear on screen as if its there but you cant interact with it and the right portion of the window is cut off.
- jholmquistCopper ContributorThis is a workaround not a solution. This is happening to everyone every time regardless of if they had changed to a dock with monitors vs just a single monitor the whole time.

Here's what (mostly) fixed it for our app, wanted to share with you...Set "Use Advanced RemoteFX Graphics for RemoteApp" group policy setting to "Disabled"
Seems like our app no longer supports Advanced graphics...perhaps a recent Win update affected it?
Might be worth to test in your environment. The issue is still occurring randomly but seems to be happening less.
Introduction"Use Advanced RemoteFX Graphics for RemoteApp" on Windows Server 2012 and up. This setting enables applications published to RemoteApp to use advanced graphics features. By default, this setting is set to "Not Configured" which will enforce the setting. Some applications do not support these graphics features, causing issues with the way the application/page is loaded through a PSM session with RemoteApp.
Step-by-step instructionsWhen adding a Code Sample, please choose the 'Normal (DIV)' formatting, in order to avoid text glitch over the page borders1. On the PSM server, run gpedit.msc
2. Expand to Computer Configuration > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Remote Session Environment
3. Set "Use Advanced RemoteFX Graphics for RemoteApp" to Disabled

This has been occurring for us as well, only within the last few weeks. One of our apps has been fine for over a year, and suddenly this is affecting all users. The workarounds work find (shift + right click -> minimize or maximize) but it's not acceptable.
For reference, we're running 2 AVD host pools, one with Win 10 and the other with Server 2022. Same exact app, same behavior on both, and again just started happening over the last several weeks.
