Remote app windows like outlook in azure virtual desktop are not displaying on screen correctly

This has been occurring for us as well, only within the last few weeks. One of our apps has been fine for over a year, and suddenly this is affecting all users. The workarounds work find (shift + right click -> minimize or maximize) but it's not acceptable.
For reference, we're running 2 AVD host pools, one with Win 10 and the other with Server 2022. Same exact app, same behavior on both, and again just started happening over the last several weeks.
