Unable to view comments in History tab
In Purview dispositions, I used to see record comments under the history tab. But now, actions are taken but no comment history is recorded.
This is the first time it's happened. Is this just some serious lag or is there a bug? We really need the comments to keep track over the record.😬

This was likely a transient issue affecting comments display. Kindly let us know in the comments if you managed to retry and if the issue persists. Ideally if it was some serious degradation or a bug, it would be captured in the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard as a reported incident. Last rule of thumb is to check permissions. Ensure that the account you are using has the relevant permissions. You can try accessing the history tab with another admin account /user and double check if the issue persists.Please feel free to reach out on the thread incase of further questions/concerns.

Thank you for your response.
I tested this week, and unfortunately, the problem still persists. We're still unable to see the history and all our users, including myself, have the correct permissions and roles assigned.
