Azure Sponsorship Credits - assistance required

Hi, for sponsorship credit activation issues, the support case is really the right route because community members cannot see subscription or benefit assignment details. I'd add the sponsorship subscription ID, benefit source, renewal date, activation email, and screenshots to the case. Also ask support whether the credits can be applied to the existing sponsorship subscription or whether a new activation path is required.
