Microsoft Integration Runtime Download 5.68.9705.1
There is a new Runtime version, 5.68.9705, released today, however it looks like the release notes are protected and can not be opened once downloaded:

Release notes are available now. I was able to Open and Read them.
The official download page lists version 5.68.9705.1 with a separate Release Notes.docx file, so the inability to open that document is distinct from installing the runtime. Redownload Release Notes.docx from the Microsoft Download Center and confirm the expected filename and approximate 265.5 KB size. Scan it, then right-click the file, open Properties, and select Unblock if Windows shows that option. Open it in Word and use Enable Editing only after confirming it came from Microsoft. You can also test the copy in Word for the web to distinguish a local Office policy from a damaged file. Do not disable SmartScreen or Protected View globally. If Word reports encryption, a password requirement, or corruption on multiple devices, the source document itself needs correction; report the download item to Microsoft and include the page ID, file name, time, and exact Word error. The MSI can be evaluated separately.

The Release Notes.docx is unreadable because it seems to be protected by Information Rights Management. Thank you!

I see the page has been updated but it has the same issue. Release Notes.docx is protected.
