Change data capture - Azure SQl Database to On premise NOSQL Database

I've Azure SQL database that I want to capture real time data changes from the database and ingest into my on premise NOSQL database. I am planning to enable Change Data Capture (CDC) in azure SQL database and transfer the data using Azure data factory from CDC to on premise NOSQL database.

1) I would like to know is this feasible in azure data factory ?

2) how will CDC share the data to Azure data factory or azure data factory will pick up from storage where CDC will place?

3) I am happy to hear, in case this be can be achieved by different approach ?
