Partner Development Manager
How do we find out who our Partner Development Manager is?
- JillArmourCommunity Manager
I was giving some information from an internal source:
Microsoft will reach out to the partner once they reach a certain revenue and other metrics threshold. They can inquire about ASfP (Advanced Support for Partners) and fill out our form on the website and maybe a PSAM would be helpful.

Have you had a PDM in the past? If not they will reach out to you when you are eligiable.
I hope this helps. - jill
- Mmk2118Brass ContributorThank you JillArmour.
The team from ASfp told me that we would be assigned an account manager if we signed up with them but that it was different from a Partner Development Manager (PDM), as you also mentioned.
Never had a PDM in the past.
The challenge is that we need to help in the signing process of an EA for our client directly with Microsoft and we simply have no one to contact to get started.

Hi Mmk2118
This isn't exactly my area of expertise, but you should be able to check if you have a Partner Development Manager (PDM) assigned to you by contacting your Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) representative, or try reaching out to Support for Microsoft Partner.
If this (or someone else's) reply answers your question, please Accept as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. Otherwise, please let me know if you need further assistance on this topic.

- Mmk2118Brass ContributorThank you Pernille-Eskebo CSP Licensing Concierge. I reached out to Microsoft Partner Support and they were not able to tell me so far. The Partner Sales Acceleration program does not know either so far. Awaiting to hear back from them. Do you believe that purchasing a Microsoft Action Pack will solve the issue and assign us a Partner Development Manager?
Thank you
