Partner Development Manager
How do we find out who our Partner Development Manager is?

I was giving some information from an internal source:
Microsoft will reach out to the partner once they reach a certain revenue and other metrics threshold. They can inquire about ASfP (Advanced Support for Partners) and fill out our form on the website and maybe a PSAM would be helpful.
Microsoft Advanced Support for Partners
Have you had a PDM in the past? If not they will reach out to you when you are eligiable.
I hope this helps. - jill

Thank you JillArmour.
The team from ASfp told me that we would be assigned an account manager if we signed up with them but that it was different from a Partner Development Manager (PDM), as you also mentioned.
Never had a PDM in the past.
The challenge is that we need to help in the signing process of an EA for our client directly with Microsoft and we simply have no one to contact to get started.
