Unable to Reach Viva Insights Platform
I hope you are doing well.
We had Viva Insights trial licenses in the scope of jump-start program; however, our licenses were expired within this year.
When we try to reach the platform with the new link https://analysis.insights.viva.office.com/
the page starts flickering and what we see from the flickering screen the error message states "Oops! System is not yet ready to run queries. Please check with Viva Insights Admin if at least 10 licenses have been assigned, if already done, then please wait until we get the system ready for running queries." Although I was not able to catch the flickering error message, please see the screenshot below :
We kindly request your support regarding the issue.
Many thanks.

In the same boat here all with the same errors as above:
Analysis / Query / Metric tab
Oops! System is not yet ready to run queries.
Organizational data tab
Oops! Something's wrong and we can't render this page right nowPlease try again later
Manager settings tab
Manager settings can't be edited yet. Please try again in a few days.

I am having the same issues as yourself. So frustrating, Seems like a badly cobbled together product not worthy of the cost.

I have this issue for six months now. I created a support ticket and tech support has been unhelpful. I receive a daily email saying that they are still investigating and there is not ETA.
Once in a while, they ask me to perform fiddler captures and screen recordings. I have submitted every time and they would come back weeks later asking for the same.
