Hi VI_Migration, unfortunately this sounds like a bug. It looks like that in-depth investigation is needed to arrive at the best possible conclusion on your behalf for the issue you have listed. I have this issue for six months now. I created a support ticket and tech support has been unhelpful. I receive a daily email saying that they are still investigating and there is not ETA.
Once in a while, they ask me to perform fiddler captures and screen recordings. I have submitted every time and they would come back weeks later asking for the same.
