What should I do if someone has hacked my account and I can't log in?
Hello, I would like to ask a question. Someone hacked my Microsoft account and I don't know what to do, which is why I am writing here. Do you think anyone would be able to help me? Please, I am already desperate and don't know what to do. Thank you for your reply.

Start with Microsoft’s Sign-in Helper, preferably on a device you trust. It will guide you based on whether your password, recovery details, or sign-in address was changed.
If you can still receive a code through your recovery email or phone, use it to reset the password. If those options are unavailable, try the account recovery form. Provide a contact email you can access and as much accurate account history as possible.
If two-step verification was enabled, the recovery form cannot bypass it—you’ll need another available verification method or a saved recovery code.
Once you regain access, review your security information and recent activity, remove anything unfamiliar, and use Sign out everywhere. Don’t post passwords or verification codes here, and avoid anyone offering paid “account recovery.”
