I’ve also seen this issue in a few Office 365/Admin Center tenants where the message appears in different languages or looks inconsistent.
In most cases, it is related to backend updates or language/resource file sync issues, like others mentioned above. Usually it resolves itself within 24–48 hours.
If it still persists, these steps can help:
Clear browser cache and sign in again
Check Admin Center language & region settings
Try switching language once and then back to default
Test in incognito/private window
In some cases, Microsoft is rolling out changes in the backend, so temporary inconsistencies like Dutch or other language text can appear.
I’ve also collected similar https://telequiz.pk/ for Office 365 admin issues that may help others facing the same problem.
- Dean_GrossSilver ContributorI've seen problems like this before, they went away after 1 or 2 days.
- I have seen this recently too...some Dutch words on the Message Center...very weird since the default language for my user is Spanish

I think they are doing a lot of work at the backend switching resource files etc.

Aside from the foreign language? Why is this message appearing anyway. I'm getting the same message in my Admin Portal.

the only thing i can think about is caching but i guess you already tried that one.

I would recommend the change the language settings in Admin center.
