Ticket Escalation
Hello,
I have had a ticket open for over a month along with multiple other tickets to try and get DLP working properly through the Security Center. I was pointed to using Mail Flow Rules, which also do not work.
Test case:
I send an e-mail with "NPI" that should be caught and it gets caught.
Another user sends the exact same e-mail (copied and pasted basically) and it gets through.
There aren't any exceptions set on the rule that would trigger this behavior.
How can I get this ticket escalated? Ticket # 12943558
