Sharepoint

Is there a way to give permission to a user on all the sharepoint sites in one shot. Also, that user should be able to have access to a future sharepoint sites

    It depends :smile:

    If all SharePointsites are https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/associate-a-sharepoint-site-with-a-hub-site-ae0009fd-af04-4d3d-917d-88edb43efc05?WT.mc_id=M365-MVP-5003783 (and they are inheriting hub permissions) then it's easy. However, if you have multiple hub sites, you need to add the person to each hub site.

  • If you mean in one single step, I'm afraid there is not a built in way to do it. However, with some scripting or even Power Autoamte It should be possible
