Shared Mailbox Permissions for Groups

Sure, it's possible. The group must be security-enabled though (i.e. mail-enabled security group). And keep in mind that adding Full access permissions via group will result in the Automapping functionality not working, as in the shared mailbox will not automatically surface in Outlook for the user(s). If that is a requirement, the only way is to add individual permission entries.
